Pickup & Payment: We will be taking payment FOR ALL ITEMS at Hamilton Auction Company, and they need to be paid for within 2 days of sale. Pickup will be Tuesday, November 14th 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. & Wednesday, November 15th 1:00-5:00 p.m. or by appointment only.
This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium On All Items. There Is A 3% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. All Sales Final Selling As IS Where Is with No Guarantees or Warrantees Expressed by the Sellers or Their Agents. All items that need to be shipped will be paid for with a credit card only, as we do not want to delay this process waiting for payment.
Pick Up day, all buyers need to bring loading assistance for moving furniture or other items. There will be limited help from auction staff.
Shipping costs and shipping arrangements are the buyer's sole responsibility. All items need to be removed the day of auction. Our preferred shipper is FedEx. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST ONCE AMOUNT IS CALCULATED. We place insurance and signature conformation on all packages, to ensure that you receive your items safely. Additional fee of $7.00 per shipping box will also be added to cover shipping cost. If items are large or 'hard to ship' we may take them to a location for them to professionally packaged. LLC, will always try and ship your items at the lowest cost to you the buyer, even if it takes two or three or more boxes to ship your items.
