This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium Capped at $1,000 Per Item On All Items. There Is A 3% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. All Sales Final Selling As IS Where Is with No Guarantees or Warrantees Expressed by the Sellers or Their Agents. All items that need to be shipped will be paid for with a credit card only, as we do not want to delay this process waiting for payment.

Shipping costs and shipping arrangements are the buyer's sole responsibility. All items need to be removed the day of auction. Our preferred shipper is FedEx. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST ONCE AMOUNT IS CALCULATED. We place insurance and signature conformation on all packages, to ensure that you receive your items safely. Additional fee of $7.00 per shipping box will also be added to cover shipping cost. If items are large or 'hard to ship' we may take them to a location for them to professionally packaged. Title Transfer: HM Auction Group LLC is a licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer – we will collect MN Sales Tax and Licensing fees from Minnesota Residents. A $75 document fee will also be collected on all motor vehicle sales.
