This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium Capped at $1,000 Per Item On All Items. There Is A 3% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. All Sales Final Selling As IS Where Is with No Guarantees or Warrantees Expressed by the Sellers or Their Agents. All items that need to be shipped will be paid for with a credit card only, as we do not want to delay this process waiting for payment. 

Pick Up day, all buyers need to bring loading assistance for moving furniture or other items. There will be a Skid Loader available for loading larger items onto flatbed trailers. There will be limited help from auction staff for loading furniture.  

Shipping costs and shipping arrangements are the buyer's sole responsibility. All items need to be removed the day of auction. Our preferred shipper is FedEx. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST ONCE AMOUNT IS CALCULATED. We place insurance and signature conformation on all packages, to ensure that you receive your items safely. Additional fee of $7.00 per shipping box will also be added to cover shipping cost. If items are large or 'hard to ship' we may take them to a location for them to professionally packaged. Please call with any questions. Like always Hamilton-Maring Auction Group, Hamilton Auction Company or Maring Auction Co. LLC, will always try and ship your items at the lowest cost to you the buyer, even if it takes two or three or more boxes to ship your items.

Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. LLC, may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Hamilton-Maring Auction Group, Hamilton Auction Company or Maring Auction Co. LLC, be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS-IS where is and that they may not return any item(s) they purchase. Hamilton-Maring Auction Group, Hamilton Auction Company or Maring Auction Co. LLC, is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Hamilton-Maring Auction Group, Hamilton Auction Company or Maring Auction Co. LLC, or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Hamilton-Maring Auction Group, Hamilton Auction Company or Maring Auction Co. LLC, will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
